so lately i've been in a serious yaoi mood, (thought i was off the stuff)  read so much doujinshi(mostly POT) watched a bunch of bl animes.  then  i was like 'i wan't to watch live action one' so i found a review for Formula 17.

Formula 17.....wow, and i'm supposed to believe those guys are straight in real life(yeah right).  i don't think i've ever giggled so much through a movie.  seriously, all the little awkard moments had me giggling like a lil school girl, not laughing, giggling.  

the movie was really good.  usually i only watch japanese stuff(exception for dramapuri).  
the people in it could really act, and they can pronouce english really well(what's your excuse now japan)
i still don't know the actors name, but throughout the whole thing i couldn't help but notice, the guy who played Bai, looks a lot like Ouji to me.  i don't know, maybe it's just me.
and i was wondering are there any girls in Taiwan?  really there wasn't a single girl in the movie, i didn't even see one as an extra(not that they needed any)

also watched Dream Live 5th a little while ago.  i really appreciate everyone who shares these kind of things.  i used to wonder what compells people to share this stuff.  but after i had got the last two bleach musicals subbed, i just knew i had to share it.  i guess it's just wanting everyone else to enjoy what you have also.

anyways DL5 was awesome, i think it's pushing it's way to 2nd place on my favorite DL's.  DL4 is still my favorite with DL3 about to get displaced.  

in all honesty, i don't mind them reusing songs, it's refreshing to me. i'm all about the past(probably why i like DL4 so much) 

besides i still get a 1st cast vibe from 4th cast.  so them singing 1st cast songs is okay with me.  

Taka Yuuta sounds so much like Sota, i was shocked.  for a second i was like.......Sota?

i've started to notice that Shougo's singing seems to range from before accident Yanagi and after accident Yanagi.  hmmm, maybe his voice is still changing.  but yeah he sounds like Yanagi to me.

can i just say how much i love watching Kane and Ouji dance?  so awesome.  Kane handles his body well, it's like Sanada actually posseses him or something.

i still don't like Higa, but omg, those swiveling hips..............  i was wondering what is that in their pockets?............ahh tennis balls, they really stood out when they were shaking those hips.   speaking of things in their pants.........yeah......Luke i think your pants are too tight............yeeeeaahhh. :)

seriously, i really think it's a requirment to be obsessed with Tezuka.  come on first Ryoma, Atobe, Sanada, now Kite.  they seem to have it bad for Tezuka.  XD

the music for 'Ore wa ue ni ikiou' and 'Be Cool' is very similar.

Juri is still creepy as Akutsu.  man, i love Mamo.  you know, normally i would think this part was out of character for Oshitari......but after so many Rajipuris.........it's really not.

Yuya and Kyousuke's voice ranges are very similar to Tuti and Nagayan's, another reason i don't mind them singing they're songs.

looks like Tomo had to work a bit to get his voice as low as Gomoto's.  but he did a very good job.  especially since it took Higamyu for me to finally see Kaidoh in him.

'Regulars', yep they sounded exactly like 1st cast to me.  poor Tomo got choked up.

Kane and Ouji.......why do you two do this to me.  if it wasn't for them i wouldn't ship Sanada/Yukimura.  Man that was so much fanservice.  Ouji is not that great a singer, but that's is defintely okay, as long as Kane is by him..........*sigh*  i still can't belive how Ouji bit his lip like that *double sigh*

Hmmm, it's been a while again.  Ah well.   

Let's see what have I been up too?  Ah, I'm making progress on losing weight.  Cutting out all junk food and fast food really helps.  It's been a little over a week and I've lost 4 pounds.  ^_^  yosh  I will get back to my original weight just you wait *bad pun* 

Anyways I'm still behind on all my animes.  I don't know why I guess Japanese dramas just pull me in more.  (even though I'm still behind on Zettai Kareshi)

I got one of my friends into Densha Otoko.  I really wanted him to watch it, cause....well he reminds me of densha, typical otaku(not that I can talk) ^_^;   So I got him hooked, I need to see if he's finished it yet.  I still haven't watched the two specials or the movie yet.

Yesterday I had went to Borders and picked up one of the Animerica books.  There was a recommendation for the manga Be with You.  I read the summary and was like 'ah this seems interesting'  So later I went to Books a Million and read it.  It was so sweet and emotional.  The ending still kinda confused me but, I liked it.  Then when I finished I saw that they had made a drama and movie.  So of course I'm downloading both right now.  I'm pretty positive I will cry when I see it. *person who cried reading Hana Kimi manga*
I can't wait to watch it.

Today I went to borders again, looking for some more manga to read.  I picked up  the first volume of ImaDoki.  It's by Yuu Watase and since I loved Fushigi Yuugi and Absolute Boyfriend.  I was like sure, why not

Needless to say I sat there and read all 5 volumes.   It was that good,  i'm such a sucker for love stories.  I still can't believe I sat there for 3 hours reading  it.  Cause I was going to start Ouran Host Club, but I put it back and grabbed all the Imadoki's.

Since i'm on the subject of manga's.

Latest Naruto................it's really getting interesting.    And I was so happy to see Iruka again.  It seems like it's been forever since he and Naruto talked to each other.

Latest Bleach.................................Aizen is a bastard..................that is all.   I also can't believe Tousen.  And I still believe Gin is being manipulated, I mean come on, he was just a kid back then.  With all the stuff with Rangiku, I refuse to believe he's evil.


In Tenimyu world.   I'm  so excited that Kato and Saito will be back, even if it's for one month......Date where are you???  Oh well as long as they have a dvd with all the old Hyotei together, I can overlook Date not being there.  

And a new subbing group  CHLOE...........these guys are my heroes, I can't wait to see all the musicals subbed and Dear Boys too?  So awesome.  Dear Boys is so full of win cause of the double Kaido goodness.  
I watched Takumi-kun Series.............Tomo is defintely an uke and Keisuke.............my gosh he was so hot.   It was kinda weird seeing him smile and stuff.  His Gii character is a complete 180 from his Nago character in Kamen Rider Kiva.  
Is Tenimyu really a breeding ground for BL shows?  It sure seems like it.

I've also noticed that the Japanese entertainment world is small.   When I first started watching Zettai Kareshi.  I was thinking man the guy who plays Night looks familiar, then I found out he had played the younger brother to Saori and Densha Otoko.  Yeah, and all the Tenimyu cast crossovers, yeah it's small.

I got my Rikkaidai cosplay in the mail the other day along with a prince of tennis doujinshi anthology.  I wonder why the shirt is a different yellow then the jumpsuit.....oh well i'm happy.

I noticed on my youtube account my 3rd cast tribute is getting a lot of views, 1st cast is second and 2nd cast is last, maybe cause 3rd cast just graduated...........hmmm...i guess.

I did buy Top Spin 3 for the Wii today.     That came is hard on the shoulder.  It's just like real tennis.  I was sweating.  They really need to make a Prince of Tennis game.

Been a while again, I think I should just start posting small entries every day instead of novels ^_^;

Ah well, so gekiranger is finally over, so sad really, I 'm gonna miss Zukki, Araki, and Manpei playing hero and villian.  So I've been on a quest to find the gekichanger they use to morph......

So expensive, like fifty dollars and up, there was one post for ten dollars on ebay but on the fourth day it was taken down *cries*.  I wanted it so bad, so I broke down and bought the cheap american version tiger claws(hopefully they'll get it right when Jungle Fury start).  So I just pretend its the real at least till I get to Anime Boston and hopefully they'll have it there.

Now last time I said I was going to start watching Abaranger, but nothing against Chinese, but when I can find so many mistakes in the subs, with my less than a year of self-teaching Japanese....something's wrong.

So gave on that, but I started watching Kamen Rider Kiva, and I have to say I'm intrigued buy the story layout.  Going from the present to the past like that.  I never watched andy Kamen Riders unless you count the brief Masked Rider that aired back in the 90s, but I think I'm going to watch this besides

Setomaru and Takigawa-Bucho is in it.  *squeals*   Setomaru was Kikumaru(although I liked Nagayan more)  And Takigawa-Bucho....what can I say he's my favorite Tezuka.  Even though I was introduced to 2nd cast first, 1st cast are my favorites.

Now that I'm on the subject of Tenimyu, today I watch from the beginning through Dream Live 1st .  I love 1st cast even more and the ichinen trio*sobs* miss them so much.  

From the way things are going there will probably be one more cast after 4th, so I'm hoping that they'll try to do a Dream Live run with as many past cast members as possible, like a sort of parallel universe story.  Ueshima-sensei could defintely pull it off (Pippen anyone) he knows how to give us fangirls what we want *crosses fingers* here's hoping to the future.


In other Tenimyu related news finally got to watch Boys Love subb, what a tragic story.  And I don't know why it just hit me but Saitou's voice is GOLD.  No one's voice should sound that awesome.  I could listen to it all day.  And is it just me or is Koni the most sterotypical Japanese looking guy I've ever seen?  Every other guy looks pretty normal that you could mistake them for another asian descent but not Koni(maybe it's just me)

Also watched Sukitomo subbed(wow to Saitou movies in one week) Aiba was full on creepy in a good stalker kinda way(does that make since?) I wasn't to keen on Saitou's boxing wet hair(ew) swimming hair (yum).

I'm almost done transferring all my tapes to dvd, except for like five.  How can my recorder know that something I recorded off Tv, is copyrighted.  Maika, well now i have to capture those five onto my computer and then burn to dvd, what a pain.

I feel like I wasted another 3 days off from work, I mostly slept, when I should have been making my Hisagi Shuuhei sword.  I finally decided to be him and Urahara and maybe Ibu Shinji for Anime Boston. Can't wait

This past Sunday I went to sleep between church services, and ended up missing evening service(doh)  The reason....a dream about Tuti and Daiki coming to my workplace for some reason(which is weird cause I'm in the Air Force)  It seemed so real tuti was like a little kid, I don't even know why Daiki was there, I know next to nothing about him except he seems real close to Moriyama.  

Ah well I hope one day I can get to Japan to meet these guys, but for now I'll watch them from afar through the web.
